Have you ever thought about why you feel tired? Have low energy? Have trouble concentrating? Have memory issues? Have you ever thought about why you feel so good, and so energized when you spend time outdoors?
How much time do you spend
indoors or in your car? According to the
EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), the average American spends about 90% of
his/her time INDOORS.
Sounds like a lot doesn’t it,
but when you consider sleeping, working or sitting in classrooms, meetings,
restaurants, or dinner at home and spending time socializing with family and/or
friends plus watching TV, it adds up fast.
So
what does that have to do with the issues in the first question above? Well, indoor air very rapidly becomes oxygen
and energy deficient and becomes “stale”.
Stale air is not good for you. It
becomes heavily laden with Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Volatile Organic
Chemicals (VOC’s) and other pollutants such as skin particles, dust, dander,
germs, bacteria, and odors. The oxygen
decreases due to people and animals breathing and exhaling CO2. Indoor air becomes loaded with positive ions
and the energy in the air dissipates quickly and is not renewed so the air is
not healthy.
Modern buildings and homes are meant to be
energy efficient which means very nearly air tight. Our air conditioning and ventilation system
act like grounding agents and take the energy out of our indoor air and in some
cases breed mold and mildew which send spoors and musty odors into the air.
Okay, indoor air is not healthy. Fresh air feels better and is healthier. Why is that?
Is it because fresh outdoor air is totally pure and free of stuff floating
in it? The answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Outdoor air naturally has all kind of things
floating in it. There are pollens,
chemicals from lawn and garden fertilizers, dust, remnants of decaying animals
and vegetation, even feces particles from animals’ biological functions.
That being the case, you could say that outdoor
air is “dirty air”. Why, then, is it
that we feel so good when we spend significant time outdoors? The reason is MOTHER NATURE!
We
were designed by our Creator to live and function outdoors! In effect, we were designed to be able to
breathe dirty air. So why does outdoor dirty air make us feel energized
and indoor dirty air make us feel slugged out?
Again, our Creator uses nature to solve the
problem. Nature uses the sun, wind,
moisture in the air and the naturally occurring gases in the air to add ENERGY
to outdoor air which makes it unstable and creates molecules that attach to
the pollutant particles in the air and change them molecularly so that they are
different and in most cases harmless.
Nature also creates a balance of positive and negative
ions which help clean the air of some of the very fine particles that could
harm us. It causes them to bind together
and fall out of the air.
One of the important things that happen is that
this unstable, ENERGIZED air helps our bodies create the proper amount of the
right kind of mucus in our respiratory system.
You might be thinking “Gee, I thought mucus was bad, and inhibited our
respiratory systems”. Well, that’s only
true when our respiratory systems are not functioning properly. In actuality, to function properly we MUST
have the right kind of mucus in sufficient quantities in our sinuses, nose
throat, bronchial tubes and lungs. The
right kind of mucus is thin, watery mucus.
What happens is that thin, hair-like structures called cilia, wave
around and trap particles and pollutants and germs and using the mucus washes
them up and out of our bodies. That is
how we are able to breathe “dirty” air.
It is the energy in the air that stimulates our bodies to produce this
thin watery mucus that is so important.
When we don’t get the energy, the mucus in our systems thickens and
clogs the cilia and it gets thicker and less able to remove the garbage we are
breathing. This thicker mucus also
inhibits the easy transfer of oxygen from the alveoli in our lungs into our
blood stream which causes everything from poor memory, sleep problems,
cognitive issues and immune system problems.
So,
the answer to the question of why fresh air is so good for us and makes us feel
so healthy and energized is that fresh, outdoor air is Energized Air! It is this energy in the air that
makes fresh air fresh and healthy!
I
mentioned above that the average American spends 90% of their time
INDOORS! That being the case, what can
we do to make our lives healthier, happier, and better indoors?
There is a simple answer. A company named AirRestore has created an
amazing technology called Air Naturalization.
This is NOT air purification which simply tries to remove particles from
the air through the use of filters and/or negative ion generators and sometimes
ozone which some consider to be less than healthful. The Air Naturalizer is much more
sophisticated than that old technology. Air
purifiers do nothing to put energy into the air as Nature does. Naturalization is defined in the dictionary
as “to make like nature”.
The AirRestore Air Naturalizer™ does just that…
it electronically replicates what nature does with the sun and wind and creates
a balanced amount of unstable molecules and uses the ambient air to create the
hydroxyls, and peroxides to clean and energize the air.
Most importantly, it restores the energy
to indoor air to make it act like fresh outdoor air!
The AirRestore Air Naturalizer is a small system
that is only 4½” high and covers up to an incredible 800 square feet of
space. The Whole Home System includes 4
units covering up to 3,200 square feet and is about half the cost of
traditional, old technology filter based air purifiers which don’t do the job
and don’t energize your indoor air. The
Air Naturalizer is available from Green Health Technologies.
